The camera angles used in the scenes on this page are not seen in the original Alida game, and were produced for a European special features DVD release in 2004.
I had a moment today to reflect on the abundance of concepts and ideas created for the original Alida. Ideas were either sketched on paper or were 3D modelled. Most of the ideas made it into the game, some did not. I haven't seen these images for quite a number of years and thought it would be of interest to Alida gamers.
Some of the drawings have elements in them that would be recognisable to gamers, albeit as seminal ideas.
